Assistant Manager Operations (Retail) | Karachi

· Location: Karachi

· Qualification: BBA/MBA

· Experience: 2-3 years in operation side

· Job Duties:

· 1) Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services

· 2) Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs

· 3) Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization

· 4) Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices

· 5) Coordinate with Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities

· 6) Training new staff

· 7) Helping the operations manager develop a budget

· 8) Ensuring that employees adhere to all health and safety codes

· 9) Improving the efficiency and productivity of units and departments

· 10) Control and manage incidents such as accidents and emergencies.

· 11) Ensure that the facility should be opened at least 30 minutes prior to operation.

· 12) Ensure that the facility is opened and closed according to procedures.

· 13) Regularly inspect all areas of operations
